RETURN POLICY

Returns and Replacements

We do not offer refunds but will be happy to offer replacements on defective products damaged in transit. 

Please examine your entire order thoroughly upon receipt. Contact us immediately if any items arrived damaged and we will arrange product replacements. You will need to send us back the unopened, unused goods within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note all original packaging must be returned along with the defective items. 

We advise sending the damaged items back by registered mail. Be kindly reminded that you are responsible for the package until it reaches us, so please retain the proof of postage until the goods are returned to us safely. In case of defective products or shipment error, we will cover all shipping costs.

For hygiene reasons, we regret we will not be able to offer exchanges or replacements for any opened or used items.
